1. Packing List
2. Airway Bill or House AirWay Bill
3. Passport and Nepal VISA copy
4. Authority Letter
5. Import Licenase (DOC letter if required)

Document Required for calcutta Port - Import

1. Packing List - 1 Set
2. Bill of lading - 1 Original
3. Insurance Policy - 1 Copy
4. Letter to Nepal Consulate General, Calcutta
5. Papport and Visa Copy
6. Authority Letter
7. letter from Foreign Affairs, Nepal (If Embassy and Diplomats)
8. Import License from Department of Commerce, Nepal

Documents required for Nepal Customs - Import

1. Packing List with customs value
2. Bill of lading - 1 Copy Original
3. Insurance Policy - 1 Copy
4. Passport and Nepal Visa Copy
5. Import license from department of Commerce, Nepal (Non-Diplomatics Only)
6. Authority Letter

Sea Import:

We are handling handling LCL and 20' GP, 40' GP, 40'HC, Flat Rack, Car, Van, Jeep, Motorcycle, Liftvan from Calcutta port to Kathmandu and delivery. 

Port customs clearance and delivery with in 21 days after arriving vessel at calcutta port and all the require documents sholud be provide us with in 7 days before vessel arrival at port. Kathmandu city is 1300 kms away from Calcutta port, India. We need 15-21 days  container detention free period for intranit to Nepal and we request you to mention this words in MB/L " 21 days container detention free for intransit to Nepal".

Import Duty, Tax, VAT and LDT:

Import duty is 1% to 200% for Household Goods and persoanl effect as per the Nepal government customs rules (Except Deplomatic and UN goods)

VAT: 13 % on CIF Value
LDT: 1.5 % on CIF Value
